Fantastic Stay
attentive staff helpful personnel cute reception clean room
I found the staff attentive. The reception personnel were helpful and cute (Mew was particularly great!). Chambermaids like Nae and Ball ensured the room was always clean. This service.
I did notice some minor wear and tear in the room, showing that some areas could use a bit of refreshing.

The hotel features multiple pools and lounge areas that are great for relaxation. I appreciated the variety of options available. The resort grounds are well-kept with nice landscaping.

The hotel's location is convenient. It is just across the road from the beach. It is also a short stroll to the main shopping district (about ten minutes away).

My room offered a comfortable bed and a separate living area. I had a beautiful ocean view from the room. The spacious layout of the room added to the experience.

stationary bikes breakfast buffet
The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It was convenient for my workouts. The breakfast buffet included a variety of options and plentiful food to suit different cultures. I found it satisfying.
The air conditioning unit was noisy. It made it hard to sleep well.

loud ac outdated decor
The gym had up-to-date equipment. I found the location close to a fantastic beach.
The room was quite disappointing. the ac. i found it hard to sleep well. It sounded like someone was knocking. the room décor felt very outdated.

beautiful landscaping gorgeous pool lovely building rushed check-in dated room usb charging point
The landscaping was BEAUTIFUL. The pools are GORGEOUS. The buildings are quite lovely. The breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff who accommodated requests.
Check-in felt rushed. I was not informed where to find everything. My room felt dated, and I would consider it more of a 3-star experience. The room had no USB charging points.
